Yin & Restorative Yoga

This class is a fusion of two different types of yoga: yin and restorative. Both are designed to improve flexibility, relax, renew and restore your body. This class is great for stiffness, pain, and meditation. We will be on the floor, so it’s important to be comfortable getting up and down. Poses are held for several minutes and props are used to help make any pose more accessible. You will definitely leave feeling relaxed and rested.

Cycle/Yoga for Saturday Morning

This class is designed to get your heart beating and your muscles happy! The first half of class is on our spin bikes, getting the heart rate up and those bodies working. The last half of class is slow flow yoga, to stretch out all of the muscles we have worked and align the body.
