This class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals of high intensity and recovery. You work at your own fitness level. Beginners are welcome. Your cycling coach encourages you along the way and models the stationary ride alongside you.
Cycle/Yoga for Saturday Morning
This class is designed to get your heart beating and your muscles happy! The first half of class is on our spin bikes, getting the heart rate up and those bodies working. The last half of class is slow flow yoga, to stretch out all of the muscles we have worked and align the body.
